My spareroom is available from the end of October. A large double room that gets plenty of sunlight and is fully furnished. Renovations are currently being completed.
The house is a large terraced house with a small private garden, you will have use of the kitchen, lounge and bathroom(bath and shower over bath)
I’m a self-employed professional and live-in landlord.
The house is situated in Stockingford with easy access to parks and countryside walks. Local shops within walking distance.
