Small en-suite single room 10 min walk to town

Civilised shared house on Evesham Rd Stratford on Avon. One single occupancy room with en-suite facilities available, at the front of the house.
Share kitchen, sitting room and conservatory. Pretty garden with patio large enough to find a quiet spot to sit in private. The house is not super smart by any means but hopefully comfortable and homely. The room is small but has had happy tenants in the past. I am organising a weekly cleaner to look after communal spaces. Tenants need to be respectful of others especially with washing up and keeping the kitchen and sitting room tidy. We hope for a friendly household whilst respecting the privacy of house-mates. There are three parking spaces, one is taken. But mostly housemates walk to work, though there is covered space for bycicles. Stratford town centre, is about a 10 min walk. Broadband inc and all bills. I hope to build a household of young responsible professionals with a friendly, caring atmosphere. The rooms are strictly single person occupancy.
