Therefore we looking for singles professionals quiet, clean and tidy to join us and to offer them for rent 2 double size rooms which are coming together (bedroom+sitting room) for their own. Rooms are fully furnished and have a big plasma TV and own fridge/freezer
The house comprises kitchen with appliances, family bathroom and a shower room for main bedroom.
The property is situated 10 minutes walk distance from town center and a couple of minutes distance from train station, Morrisons supermarket and Stratford College.
Rent is £575 per month all bills included.
£575 deposit will be taken in advance.
