I’m Matt and I have a few properties in Stratford Upon Avon and they are so if I don't have a room free right now I'm sure to have a room free soon.

Houses are:

Wellesbourne Road, CV37 6PD - in town £500 to £550 a month x 2 rooms. A modern, recently refurbished to a high standard town property. No parking.

Glebe Road, CV37 9JU - 1.2 miles out of town - £400 to £440 a month.

Shelbourne road, CV37 9JR - 1.2 miles out of town - £400 - £440 a month - Nothing available

Meadow Close CV37 9PJ - under a mile out of town - £400 - £440 a month - Nothing Available

All houses have 2 bathrooms, they are fully furnished, they have new beds with memory foam mattresses, New 4K 50 inch Smart TV's fast WiFi with no additional bills.

NOTE: I screen all housemates with a quick meeting / show around and a reference check from their previous Landlord. I find if I get nice people in that all get on, my life is easier and people stay longer.
