Large furnished room available in professional household; - fabulous location - 10 minutes walk to centre of town, theatre, shops, restaurants etc. Walk to the recreation ground and river Avon in less than 5 minutes walk. This is a professional household so no loud party animals please.

Rooms are on 3rd floor of town house. Separate bathroom on third floor used by house sharers only - a maximum of 3. Share well equipped kitchen with dining area and rear garden. On street parking - no permit required. Monthly price includes a Cleaner for communal areas every 2 weeks - this includes bathrooms, kitchen, halls etc, Cleaner will also vacuum your room and empty bins.

PLEASE note that this is a good sized double room but only single occupants are considered. £600 is the price for one room. We do not allow overnight guests nor visitors under the age of 16. We do not allow smoking or vapping nor the possession or use of any illegal drugs or substances nor related paraphernalia in or on the premises or in the vicinity of the property.
