Our cleaner visits the property on a weekly basis to attend to all the communal areas.

The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at work, with appliances and utensils waiting to be used. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with chairs for socialising with your new housemates and a smart TV to catch up whilst you are cooking.

Living Room
A large sofa, a relaxing chair, coffee tables and 4K smart TV for Netflix, and film nights. It also has a coffee station..

Utility Room
A separate utility room contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

Outdoor Living Space
Access to a large driveway at the front of the property for off-street parking for 4 or 5 cars. At the rear there is a patio area, table, and chairs, to relax and watch the sun go down. There is also a shed for bike storage.
