Double room with ensuite shower room + 2nd room.

We are looking for someone who needs a place to stay between Monday and Friday.

We have a good sized furnished room (13'8 x 11'10) with king sized bed, en-suite shower room, storage space and a smaller room ( 14'1 x 7'4) that could be used as an office or lounge.
The house is 3 storey and the space available is the top floor.
The kitchen is shared with us, a professional couple who both work a mix of at home and at work. so we are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful of our home.

There is a garage with secure storage for bicycles.
The house is close to the race course and within a couple of minutes walk of the river and greenway.
Parking is on the street which is a quiet cul de sac.

We would prefer single occupancy but will consider a couple on a short term basis with an additional charge for increased bills, and likewise for someone who works from home.
