Bathroom would be mostly your own as I have my own shower room but I would ask to use the bath sometimes. You would also have shared use of a well-equipped kitchen/diner, living room, garden, garage and ample parking. Very well located within 10 minutes walk of Stratford Parkway station and near the A46. Includes bills. Although the room is available 7 days a week, I would also consider weekdays only at a pro-rata rent. Please note this is a short term rental only as the house is being sold but the room is available for up to 3 months until the sale completes (most likely end of June).
