Double bed, shared living room and bathroom

Not much to say - it’s a double bedroom, no pics attached as my previous flatmates stuff is still in there. I’m about to get a new bed and mattress and rearrange the living room, as some furniture belong to him.
Must be:
Honest, clean, and respectful.
Comfortable with dogs around.
Preferably non-smoker or occasional smoker.

Details:
Furnished bedroom with bed, wardrobe, and desk.
Shared living room/kitchen and bathroom.
Guests are welcome once we get to know each other.

Additional Information:
Cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost.
Deposit covers the last month of tenancy, unless there's damage to be paid for.
Both flatmates are to clean after themselves and share the cost of cleaning supplies.

I'm usually out in the morning, work from home in the afternoon, and spend the evening actively. I appreciate having a moment for myself in between to read or relax.
I'm usually in bed or watching something by 10pm. Sometimes out with friends; I try not to disturb neighbours with late music or noise.
