Double room with ensuite available

Hi, I am Francesco and I m looking for someone to start a new joint tenancy agreement with because my current flatmate is moving out soon.
Nice flat at the first floor( lift available as well) with two bedrooms and a spacious furnished living room with a double room ensuite included available.
I am an extremely easy going person looking for a serious, clean and professional one to share it with.
The room comes unfurnished but if you need bed or something else we can definitely sort something out.
There is one parking space in the private car park that we can share and plenty space on the street in a really quite and peaceful area at few minutes walking distance from Tesco, maybird center, gym and Dominos( definitely a huge bonus if you are crazy for pizza like me👉) and 10-15 from the town center.
The price of the whole flat rent is 855 (bills not included, with them and council tax is gonna be between 620-650£ )plus 795 deposit obviously anything shared 50/50.
