A fully furnished single room with an ensuite shower room. The room is at the back of the house with garden view. The shared house has six ensuite rooms and has an HMO licence. There is a shared kitchen, living room with TV and dining area and a Conservatory . Outside space with a patio and large private garden, currently a bit on the wild side. There is limited car parking but side access with room for a bicycle.

The current house sharers are looking for a friendly easy going, tidy and considerate young professional or mature student to join them. The room is strictly for single person occupancy. No smokers and no pets. A reference will be required.
