We have a lovely double room, big enough for couples, with walk in wardrobe, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toster, fully furnished with bedding and towels, all bills included.
New bathroom suit has been fitted. With shower over bath. Utility room with downstairs toilet, washing machine and dryer. Tenant/Tenants must be respectful to our other guest, myself and our pets.
Quiet times in the house is between 11pm and 7am. Unless work needs.
We have 2 lovely labradors, they can be a bit full of themselves when they 1st meet people. 1yr 4 months old the other is 2yr 6 months old. Pets can be considered for an extra £100 deposit. Full time employment preferred.
£450 single occupancy and £600 for couples. There is a lock on the room with 2 keys. Contact me for availability. A very friendly and laid back household 2 minutes walk to the maybird and a 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
