The Boring Stuff
Holding Deposit £100.00 – on successful application this is deducted from your first month’s rent.
One month rent in advance.
Deposit is £690 which is protected in the Deposit Protection Scheme, (DPS).

We offer an alternative deposit option called Reposit! Instead of paying a months rent security deposit, you can choose to use Reposit and pay a 1-week one-off service fee, not only is this hassle free but reduces your moving in costs significantly.
