Hi, I have a large, comfortable double bed/sitting room (single occupancy) with its own external access and parking at our south-of-the-river detached house a 20 minute walk from Stratford town centre.

Includes all bills, wifi and use of washing machine. Share of well-equipped kitchen/diner, living room and downstairs cloakroom + garden. Family bathroom with shower shared with my teenage daughter.

As a live-in landlord, I’m looking for a quiet, tidy, respectful professional (or possibly Shakespeare Institute student) who doesn’t need to work from home. Handy for RSC, NFU Mutual at Tiddington, JLR sites and National Grid. Close to M40. Short term/midweek stays preferred.
