Hey there I have a spare room to let as I am at university up north, my mother would like to rent out a room until August ( can be extend to long term if both parties involved are happy to do so ) the house is located in Stratford upon Avon Dryden way.
The room comes with a cream white wardrobe, brand new double bed, 32inch smart TV and an office desk by the window. The house has 3 levels the room is located on the second floor next to the shower and bathroom. There’s a double door Ken wood fridge where the new flatmate will have somewhere to store food.
