I am very tidy and keep surfaces free of clutter. The fridge and washing machine in the flat are only a year old. It is a very well insulated flat and I have been living here for a year. My flatmate is leaving at the end of the month so I am looking for a new flatmate to share the flat with.
Council tax for the flat is £209 a month so, 104.5 each.
