Flatmate wanted

I'm looking for a flatmate for one of two rooms.

It's a very spacious flat with a large furnished living space - including kitchen, living room, and dining area.

I occupy one of the bedrooms with an en-suite - although it's for both person's use.

There's a second bedroom of similar size. The room doesn't have a bed in it - so you'd need to bring that yourself.

Opposite is a family sized bathroom.

It's in a great location - based just off the Birmingham Road, with Tesco just across the way and the town centre and railway station just a 10 minute walk away.

It's got loads of free on-street parking in a quiet neighbourhood.

The flat is kept clean and tidy. I've got some furniture already, but if you want to add any of your own items then you're more than welcome to.

Sorry, but I'm not looking for any couples.

I work near Stratford and am out for most of the work day hours. At home, I enjoy sport, watching good TV, and just unwinding.

I'm trying to take up running with little success!
