I am a friendly, professional chap who lets out a room in my house. The room is on the middle floor and has witn shower for exclusive use. The room (pictured above) has a large double bed, plenty of storage space, chair and internet & TV access.
I am looking for a professional person as a lodger to stay Monday to Friday
The house itself is a modern new build from 2007, a town house on a quiet courtyard and decorated in a contemporary fashion. Located in the village of Alveston just 2 miles outside Stratford, about 10 minutes drive from the M40.
Rent is £100 per week which includes all bills with the kitchen a shared space available to use. There is also a car space available.
