One room available in a great property in an area of Stratford. 10 minutes walk to the town centre and with great access to the M40 and A46. Warwick/Leamington is 10 minutes away.

The house has a lovely large living room and open plan dining kitchen. It has upgraded fixtures throughout included a top of the range oven if you like cooking!

It has a nice sized enclosed garden and plenty of storage space.

The room is a large sized double, with en-suite shower room and with built in wardrobes.

The house is fully furnished throughout. All bills are included as is high-speed broadband.

I am a very laid back and easy going live in landlord who travels abroad with work most weeks so will not always be present Monday - Friday. There is another female housemate who is 28 and is very rarely here. We are not a couple.
