We are friendly, considerate, clean and tidy (most of the time!) and therefore we are looking for someone similar. I am a busy working mum. We have had several tenants over the years and have got on very well with them. I think people feel very safe in our home as it is not a house where there are numerous tenants sharing 1 house.
The room has the advantage of being separate from the other family rooms. This gives the occupant added privacy.
At work I have to have my phone on silent, but I will always return your call.
