Self contained ensuite room in family home

self contained room in family home with ensuite and private entrance. Fully furnished. 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Use of large kitchen and washing machine.

We are friendly, considerate, clean and tidy (most of the time!) and therefore we are looking for someone similar.. I am a busy working mum. We have had several tenants over the years and have got on very well with them. I think people feel very safe in our home as it is not a house where there are numerous tenants sharing 1 house.

The room has the advantage of being separate from the other family rooms. This gives the occupant added privacy.

At work I have to have my phone on silent, but I will always return your call.
