Looking for a professional non smoking person to rent this double room with en-suite. The house is 12 minutes walk from the river and is on the south side of town. You can share the use of a smart lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and garden. Owner has a friendly (non malting)dog so you must be dog friendly. Bills are included except for: telephone (should you use it) and council tax.
