Flat Mate Needed

Hello. I am thinking of renting a flat that iv found. I'm meeting the landlord next week. It will be available next month. I need somebody to share it with as its too expensive to do on my own. Looking for a clean and polite person who works full-time. And is willing to go half's on the rent and bills. Its in a good location with town only 10minutes walk.
