The flat is perfectly located 200 yards from the town centre, the Royal Theatre Company theatre and the river / parks. The shops, bars and abundant restaurants are about a 2 minute walk away...

The flat is 1 double bed with it's own living room, kitchen and bathroom - all just refurbished and self contained with beautiful views over Stratford Old Town and the Cotswold's beyond. The bedroom has a new bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The living room has sofa, chairs, dining room table and chairs, digital TV and storage.

The kitchen is all new with washer/dryer, oven and hobs, fridge/freezer etc.
