Single room in happy house shared with five others. The room, for single person occupancy only, is at the front, road side of the house. It has a small but modern en-suite shower room and has a double bed. There is a a shared sitting room and attractive conservatory, ideal for drying cloths. There is a good size kitchen with washing machine, large shared fridge and separate freezer. Pretty, romantic garden with a dilapidated Summerhouse, undergoing rescue and patio area and lawns beyond. Three doors away is a useful convenience store open late. It is a ten minute walk into town centreF There is a friendly atmosphere in the house, everyone has a demanding job in terms of the long hours they work. The existing housemates are looking for easy open and friendly newcomer in full time work who will be ready to communicate and make a sociable contribution to life in the household. Party animals or strangers to the washing up bowl or hoover please do not apply!
