Centre of town, light airy room

Light, airy, furnished double room in centre of town flat. At back of the flat away from the street so no road noise.

Double bed, Chinese lantern-style tall light, small white cabinet, small bedside table with 2 drawers and a wardrobe that's seen better days. Happy to replace or if you have your own, bring that! There is also a blackout curtain that I made so you can get a good night's sleep as a light room is lovely but not at 6am!

Large living room downstairs with corner sofa, coffee table, 2 chair dining table, and phone & TV point (though I don't own a TV as I don't really watch it but if you have a TV that's fine). There's a keyboard in there too as I play, and some bookshelves for overflow crockery from the kitchen/books/whatever you like.

Shared kitchen and bathroom with all plates/crockery and utensils.

I am a tidy person and I like to keep the flat clean. I would expect any housemate to do their bit to help keep the place nice :)

Phone/broadband/heating comes to around £50 a month each. The flat is electrically heated so no gas bill.

No couples. Pets are negotiable with landlord.
