Double Room in Quiet, Clean, Modern House

We have a double room to rent in a modern, quiet and clean home in Trinity Mead.

We are a quiet, clean couple with a dog and two cats. We enjoy cooking, baking, going to the gym, walking the dog and going down the horses.

Room is at the rear of the property on the first floor and is furnished. The tenant will also have access to the kitchen, living room and family bathroom.

We take great pride in our home and we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will respect our home. You will need to get on well with animals as our dog and cats will demand the attention of anyone who comes in the the house!

Rent is £95 per week (parking space is an extra £10 per week). Includes all utilities, council tax and wifi. Security deposit of £200 required and we will need a reference from your employer or previous landlord.
