I will shortly be moving to a property near to Stratford racecourse.
The room available will be a large double with en-suite shower room and a second small bedroom which could be used as a lounge or workspace.
Both of these are on the second floor of the property.

The house needs some cosmetic work and updating.
I will be replacing the shower room, first floor bathroom and the kitchen as well as decorating throughout.
So there may be some disruption but these jobs will be done in small parts.
If you are a builder, plumber, carpenter or have a good eye for interior design or you have a talent for finding bargains and you have some spare time, there may be an option to exchange a few days work a month for a reduction in price.
I am a professional 50 year old male working full time.
My spare time will be spent working on the house or outdoors, exercising.
I occasionally look after a friends dog so you'd have to be OK with that.
