The hub of the house is a spacious kitchen/Breakfast room with views across the garden. Further rooms include a drawing room , sitting room and orangery/utility. Upstairs consists of 4 Bedrooms and a study and two bathrooms.

I am the owner and live in the property on my own as I dont use most of the space I am looking to rent out one of the spare double bedrooms if not both and provide your own lounge area along with use of the Kitchen and utility, and garden areas.

Ideally I am looking for a Monday to Friday professional tenant but can offer to extend the room for the occasional weekend for an extra cost.
