Beautiful house located in a quiet rural area only 10 minutes drive from Alcester and Stratford with off road parking and large garden with great views, great for summer BBQs.

Spacious semi detached house with only one neighbour, unbelievable garden, bedroom plus spare room (previously used as dressing room or an office) large parking area and a garage that can be used for storage.

I’m currently looking to share my lovely house with someone which is fully furnished apart the spare bedroom & dressing room/office I’m renting out.

The room is a smallish sized double however has its own separate dressing room so allows plenty of space for clothes and storage.

I work full time as a manager in Stratford, I go the gym regularly & like to socialise but also love a quiet night in & enjoy cooking as I'm a real foodie.

The cost is £550 including sky multi room in the bedroom.
I'm a clean & tidy person so looking for someone similar to share the house with.
