Double, dual aspect room to rent in quiet road

A large double room to rent out with windows at either end. It has a double bed, wooden flooring with a large rug and 3 mirrored wardrobes. There is a settee/ pull out bed at the other end. There is book shelving along one wall. The bathroom with shower is right next door. There is use of a kitchen/ dining room, fridge, washing machine etc and a lounge. I am a busy teacher and would like someone who is tidy, reasonably quiet, enjoys watching a bit of TV in the evening and won't be around at the weekends.
