Lovely house in Tredington, by Fosse Way A429. Shipston-on-Stour 2 miles, with Co-op, butcher, greengrocer, bakery, pubs & restaurants. Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford-upon-Avon & Chipping Campden 8 miles.
Beautiful double bedroom – and really a whole floor to itself, inc. desk area – sharing bathroom with one housemate and a very occasional guest. Huge sitting room – sofas, TV, piano, French doors to big terrace, and garden leading down to river. Kitchen, dining room, utility room.
Well-behaved dog is welcome.
I work at computer here during the day, and the other housemate works in an office. Even in lockdown there's plenty of space either to be sociable or private. We’re friendly, easy-going, clean and considerate, looking for a housemate who’s likewise.
The garage has space for storage, as does the attic. Parking outside.
I do smoke at my desk by the back door. .
