Small double/single room in friendly house share

A furnished small double/single bedroom is available in our modern 3 bed shared house in the Warwick gates area.
The bathroom is shared with one other tenant (female).

To tell you a little bit about us, the current housemates, we're young professionals in our mid to late 20s who are friendly, social and tidy (one male, one female).
There's a large living room where the new housemate would be welcome to hang out and watch a movie or TV show (Netflix is already paid for!).
We respect eachother's privacy too if the tenant would rather chill in their own room as we sometimes do. We both work full-time so the house is especially quiet during weekdays.

The local area is pleasant with driveway and off-street parking, parks, shops and a gym all in walking distance.

The price is £380 pm including council tax. Additional bills are split evenly and don't generally come to more than £40 each pm.
