Large, second floor carpeted loft room with double futon and room for a sofa (or arrange as futon sofa and single bed) and separate room with desk.

There is modern kitchen available for meal preparation and dining table for eating meals.

We have parking for your car, less than 5 minutes drive to A46, M40 and Warwick Hospital. Warwick University is 20 minutes drive away.

It is anticipated that Lodger will work a minimum of 4 days per week from their workplace during normal office hours. To be discussed.

Couples will be considered, and subject to an additional £200 pcm for the extra person.

Please note:

- We are a no mask household and Covid has been and gone - we're back to normal and would love a lodger who is relaxed with the attitude of personal choice in medical matters :-)

- I'd love someone to be able to look after the dog some weekends and will compensate you for that on a £ night by night basis

-This is a family home, late hours and antisocial behaviour cannot be tolerated.

- Inclusive bills are subject to reasonable use.
