Double room with private parking in 4 bed house

I have a double sized room with a single bed and chest of drawers and a TV. This includes a private bathroom and another small room that could be used as a study or dressing room with the addition of clothes rails. There is a dedicated parking spot outside the front door. The location is a quiet estate just outside of Warwick.

Ideally looking to share with a woman as I'm used to sharing with a female.

I'm a professional male that works local and goes to the gym afterwork. I spend most of my evenings at home relaxing. I have a 3yr old son who stays with me every other Saturday night. So looking for someone who would fit into that arrangement with a small child in the house every other Saturday and Sunday.

Renting out the room as separated from partner 9 months ago and I require additional income to support the house.

Looking for someone who is fully employed, professional, tidy, reserved and reliable with rent.
