Shared living room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, wash mach. etc and bathroom. Most bills included: broadband, water, council tax. Gas and electricity bills shared - allow about £40 pcm.

3-4minutes walk to a local pub, post office, shops, pharmacy, fast-food shop etc, G1 Golden line bus stop, very convenient to warwick town or leamington spa, buses 12, 16, x17, U1, U2 to Warwick University.
On street parking. 10 minute walk to Tesco's and 15 mins from Saxon Mill (nice pub).

2 months rent is required (first month and last month) at beginning of tenancy plus £100 damage deposit.

Lets for less than 12 months will be considered but a charge of £65 will be added for admin for lets less than 9 months.
