Double Room to rent

Large double room, 2 cupboards in the room as well, both with lights and 1 with shelves, the other will have telescopic hanging poles in it soon

The livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden will be shared, also currently decorating as well, I work nights so I’m asleep throughout the day, I also tend to shower at work so it would basically be your bathroom apart from weekends, I have 3 cats that have the run of the ground floor, not allowed upstairs or in the bathroom unless they get sneaky, I’m home at the weekends relaxing mostly or visiting my children in wales, I want a relaxed, clean, respectful and down to earth house mate

Warwick town centre is a 10 minute walk, the train station is as well but in the opposite direction, the area is surprisingly quiet and the neighbours are very friendly, if you have any questions please message me
