Charming large sized room with desk for working at. This room is for one guest only. One single bed, will suit a guest up to six foot tall. Please note that this is a single bed. Friendly home with 3 adults, on the Kenilworth side of Warwick. Off street parking available. 15 min walk to the train station, 20 mins walk to the Castle. Right next to the Number 1 bus stop with buses running every 10 mins between Warwick & Leamington Spa. 10 mins walk to the highly-rated Saxon Mill gastro-pub.

This is a bungalow, and you will be sharing with three of us. We give our lodgers space but we do like a friendly, chatty person to house-share. We are a working household with some home working. My husband and son both work full time away from the home. I am a writer and I work at home. I will be available to welcome you here and to answer your questions and give you all the local information you require.
