There is a spare double room in my cottage, which I would like to let. The cottage has a living room, two bathrooms, utility room and a kitchen. All these we can share. You will have your own sink, a little fridge-freezer. There is wi-fi and superfast broad band. Plenty space for parking. I have a cat with great personality.
The area is great: 15 minutes drive to Stratford on Avon, 15 minutes drive to Warwick (20-25 to Leamington spa), 40 minutes to Birmingham...., although it is situated in a very special rural area, very beautiful natural area with plenty of interesting walks. The cottage has a fire place, the old character living room. Plenty of interesting walks and pubs in the area, which attract many visitors.
