Short term let - double en-suite in spacious flat

Hey! I’m Jack and I’ve got this rouble available from April 24th. The property is due to be listed on the market soon so I’m only considering short lets, or people who can be flexible!

Please share a bit about yourself in the opening message, like age, interests etc! ☺️

The room is a large double with an en-suite, and will come fully furnished, with the furniture in the photo (if you want). The bathroom has recently been redone.

In terms of amenities, it’s got a washer dryer and dishwasher.

There is plenty of on and off-road parking and lift access to the top floor where the flat is.

I’m looking for someone (male or female) between 21-28 ish to join me, I’m quite a sociable person so would love to have someone the same but don’t mind either way. No smokers (I don’t drink or smoke).

About me: lm a software engineer and commute to London 1/2 days a week, in my free time I tend to do a lot of sports (surfing, wakeboarding, golf, padel) but do love a lazy day at home, especially if the F1 is on.
