Room to be rented only to professionals during the week, not full time living. Please state in your first contact that you’re only looking for week nights, I have regular messages for full time lodging. A very large double room, with a bathroom right next door, the house is Victorian and very well maintained and always clean and tidy see photos.

Parking is on street to the rear of the house, very quiet secluded road at rear. House location is great for access to Warwick and Leamington

Double room is on its own floor. Large double garage with gym inside. Basement with bar area, pool table, darts board.

Landlord is a male professional, I am usually away with work Tuesday - Thursday so the house will be empty.

My girlfriend is also here quite a lot of the time but she is also studying in bristol.

We have a pet miniature schnauzer, he is very friendly.
