Spacious garden:
- Perfect for BBQ's in the summer
- Got a hose & pressure washer too if you fancy washing your car on the driveway
Room 1 (taken):
- it has a single bed that can be pulled out to make a double (see video)

Room 2 (available):
- king size bed
- wardrobe and bed side drawers
If you require a desk to work from home let me know and it can be arranged. The current housemate who is moving out has a desk set up in the living room.
Security cameras located on the outside of the house for safety. The bedrooms also have their own unique key for your own peace of mind.
I work from the office most days of the week so you'll mostly have a free house, I’m pretty much out from 8am to 6pm. On the weekends I usually go out for drinks with my friends and you're more than welcome to join! I'm looking ideally for social people that like to enjoy life a bit, have some common sense and can clean up after themselves. Payment of the deposit will secure the room. Monthly rent is paid upfront. References and proof of employment will be required.
