Double bedroom with it's own bath and toilet

I'm a working professional and living landlord and have a double bedroom available from mid April. It's in a double bedroom flat on 1st floor with lift. You will have your independent bath and WC which is just outside the room. The flat offers some of the most scenic views of river Avon. The living room is an open plan with kitchen. Would consider Mon-Fri let for a cheaper price per week or monthly basis. I'm looking for ideally a professional or someone who like to keep the room and the area they live in always clean. The flat is in block of apartments situated 10mins from Warwick Tesco superstore and Morrisons by car. There is also a Lidl and St. Nicholas park is 15mins by car. Most of the neighbours are family and working professionals. All Bills included. Deposit will be 6weeks rent.

There is parking outside on road if required.

No smoking, no pets or children.
