Double room in Warwick - Modern House

I am renting this room in my house.
We would be 3 people in total sharing the house.
This room shares the bathroom with another room.
The house has a beautiful south-facing garden and a garage (where you can save your bike or some boxes).
The house has an open-plant kitchen with dining table and sofa with TV.
There is another living room upstairs with a sofa and TV. So, there is plenty of shared spaces in the house. It's recommended to arrange a viewing to appreciate it.
The room is fully furnished.
The house has three toilets.
Bills are included in the price, which covers broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
I am looking for a relaxed person, who is tidy and respects the house.
