Double room in Flatshare - Chandley Wharf

Females only please :)

I have a double room available which will be available from the end of August. My flat consists of a living room/kitchen with Juliet balcony overlooking the canal; a large shared bathroom; hallway; master bedroom and smaller double room.

The room I have available comes furnished and includes all bills. It consists of a large wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. You will also have your own parking space right outside the front of the property.

This is a great location, close to the heart of Warwick - less than a mile from both Warwick train station and Warwick market square (a 15 minute walk to each).

I would prefer a Monday-Friday let but will consider 7 days a week. I have a dog who stays with me every other week. He is very friendly and loves everybody - fantastic for cuddles on the sofa!

I am looking for somebody who is chill, tidy and respectful. I am a social person so enjoy a chit chat but equally understand the need for personal space.

I can begin viewings on the property from the 27th of August.
