1 lovely Double room in shared house in Warwick

Great room in a very large family house. The 4 housemates are all adult professionals. Property offers loads of extras! Both rooms are furnished have a bathroom with bath and shower between them. Lodgers also have their own large lounge between the 2 of them and have access to the fab garden with patio furniture in 2 locations so there is space to escape or remain private whichever you prefer.. There is ample parking with space for 2 additional cars (5 in total). The kitchen is very large and fully equipped so that lodgers have all their own crockery/cutlery/pans cupboards etc, it also has a large range cooker, microwave. lodgers have their own fridge and freezer. There is plenty of outside drying space, a utility room with washing machine and for the winter months a tumble dryer.

It is a really friendly house we have had some fantastic lodgers over the years. Household pet is a large (young) friendly dog who is keen to meet you!
