Double room with ensuite

I am renting this room in my house.
We would be 3 people in total sharing the house.
This room has an ensuite toilet with shower.
The house has a beautiful south-facing garden and a garage (where you could save your bike or some boxes).
The house has an open-plant kitchen with dining table and sofa with TV.
Additionally, in the first floor, there is another living room with another sofa and TV. So, there is plenty of shared space in the house. It is advisable to arrange a viewing to appreciate it.
The room is fully furnished.
Bills are included in the price, which covers broadband, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
I am looking for a relaxed person, who is tidy and respects the house.
