Live-in landlord who works from home ~2 days a week. It is a three bed, however, the third bedroom is used as my office space.
The house is in a quiet residential development, with a nice garden and patio area.
You will have full use of the downstairs area, including garage for storage, kitchen, lounge/dining space, conservatory and garden.
The room is a double bed with built in storage. Ensuite has a power shower.
Transport to centre of town:
- 7 mins drive
- 15 mins cycle (space in garage for bike)
- 25 mins bus
- 45 min walk
I am very active and regularly play tennis and golf. I enjoy listening to music and am trying to learn guitar.
I am open to you working from home and using the office space but not for the majority of your work week.
I do cook a lot of meat, so it may be an issue if you are sensitive to that.
All bills are included.
