Beautiful room for proffessional lady

We are a family with a young adult we have i own pets consisting of a house cat and a dog. We are looking for someone who is willing to fit in with. our family.
The room is spacious and clean with a bright with sunny aspect there are windows onto the front and rear of the house we supply a desk for home working and a double bed. provided is a office chair and comfortable to relax in and a large tv.

We offer a small kitchen net next to the main kitchen with its own fridge and microwave/air fryer. there is a washing machine , to be shared and indoor line for drying cloths. The main kitchen has a large sofa which tenents are allowed to use.
Council tax and all bills are included.
