Double Room Warwick

I'm looking for a room mate to fill the vacant bedroom in my 1st floor apartment close to St Johns.
I am open to renting either bedroom and open to discussion, price will obviously reflect that.
Master bedroom comes with a super king bed, while the 2nd bedroom is a single.
Kitchen fully equipped with the usual plus a few extra toys.
Living area seats plenty for gatherings, and I'm planning to travel and don't anticipate being around over the summer anyway.
The building technically doesn't allow pets but well behaved ones will be sweet. I apologise in advance, indoor cats wouldn't be possible.
Loft space available for storage.
