Room available in a nice, spacious house in a quiet cul de sac, with parking. Would like a respectful, clean and tidy individual. House is situated in a good area and is within walking distance to all amenities in Warwick, including Warwick Parkway, IBM, Telent and hospital. Easy access to A46 and M40. All bills included apart from phone and food. The room is a good size single with ensuite and a built in wardrobe, bedside table, small chest of drawers, table and chair and under bed storage. Full use of kitchen/utility, dining area and garden etc. Would prefer Mon to Fri lodger but there woiuld be some flexibility to this arrangement.
